On 20 November, Lommel SK took the symbolic first step in constructing the club’s new training facility: the City Football Academy. The CFA has long been a renowned name within the City Football Group, and Lommel SK is proud to soon have its own state-of-the-art complex, set to be completed by the end of 2025.
With construction well underway, Lommel SK is excited to share an update on the progress. A lot has changed on-site since November, and the first outlines of the new building are now visible, as shown in the photos below.
The complex is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. From then on, the CFA will become the beating heart of Lommel SK, housing both the sporting operations and all club employees in their ‘new home.’ There is still plenty of work to be done, so Lommel SK will be providing further updates soon!
