Jason van Duiven left the youth of Twente in the summer of 2018 to develop further in PSV's youth academy. Last season, Jason impressed before New Year at Jong PSV, playing in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. There, he scored six goals in 14 matches. He also played in the UEFA Youth League, in which Jason managed to score 2 goals last season. After New Year, van Duiven was loaned out to Almere City from the Eredivisie. There he featured in 13 matches.
Now Jason van Duiven opts for a Belgian adventure, just across the Dutch border, in Lommel. Jason is even currently on the training pitch with his new teammates.... He just let us know that he is immensely looking forward to playing matches in Lommel as well: "I am very happy to be here in Lommel. This club breathes ambition and I am looking forward to doing my bit. Together, let's already try to strengthen that ambition next weekend with a good result in Beveren," concludes a combative van Duiven.
Sporting director James McCarron is also proud to have Jason at Lommel: "We are all very excited to bring Jason to Lommel. Jason brings high potential, high intensity & top goal scoring ability to our squad. Over the next few seasons we are looking forward working with him on his development."
Jason, everyone is very happy to see you in Lommel. We hope to work with you to strengthen the club's ambitions. Welcome to Lommel!
